Stoker, Bram
Bram Stoker nasceu em 8 de novembro de 1847, em Clontarf, na Irlanda. Ficou conhecido por escrever o clássico "Drácula", publicado em 1897. Além de escritor, Stoker foi gerente teatral do renomado ator Henry Irving. Apesar de não ter obtido grande riqueza com seus escritos, seu personagem icônico, o Conde Drácula, tornou-se um símbolo do terror e inspirou inúmeras adaptações para o cinema e o teatro. Bram Stoker faleceu em 20 de abril de 1912, em Londres, deixando um legado duradouro na literatura de horror. |
