RUTH OZEKI é escritora, cineasta e monja Zen-Budista. Suas obras ganharam aclamação internacional pela habilidade ímpar de entrelaçar ciência, tecnologia, meio ambiente, religião, política e cultura em narrativas singulares e surpreendentes. Um conto para ser tempo foi ganhador do prêmio LA Times Book Prize, e finalista do Booker Prize e do National Book Critics’ Circle Award, sendo publicado em mais de trinta países.
